Refund Policy

Tooth Fairy Gold implements a 7-day return policy. This means that you have 7 days from the time of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted you will then need to return the item by post.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item has been received and inspected, Tooth Fairy Gold will notify you of an outcome of either approved or rejected. Adequate reason will be communicated to you in the event of rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a respectable timeframe of decision.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your postal address, the duration of time to receive a retuned item will vary, but you will be notified once Tooth Fairy Gold receives your return.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and in the event of an item becoming lost by a third party, Tooth Fairy Gold cannot claim responsibility unless adequately covered by insurance.
